MEET THE TEAM


Gavin Morgan - Managing Director Gavin previously was a lead consultant for Mazars prior to spending 2 years as a strategic consultant to a number of high growth companies. In 2005 he joined Micross Systems, a software development company and in 2006 started Micross IT who provide outsourced support solutions. He enjoys golf, rugby and fine wine.		Nick Williams – IT Director Nick has been with the Micross team in a variety of roles since 1994. In 2006 he took the position of Senior Consultant providing support to existing customers and sourcing new markets and partnerships. When not at work he enjoys travelling and winter sports.

Huw Davies - Head of Support Services Huw joined the Micross IT team as first line support straight from university, where he studied both his HND and BSc (Hons) in Network Management & Security. He is now an IT consultant specialising in Cisco phone systems and wireless networking. He enjoys ocean kayaking, fly fishing and spending as much time on the Gower as possible.		Dale Williams – Head of Technical Support Dale has been working for Micross IT since 2004 and is now specialising in Microsoft Products and is a certified MCSE. Before that he spent six years looking after the IT infrastructure at Centrex Cwmbran. He enjoys playing Hockey, Football and spending time with the family.

Matthew Whitcombe – Technical Support Engineer Before moving to Micross Matthew spent 3 years providing IT support to users at a Medical Supplies company with offices based around the UK. Interests away from work include watching motorsport, spending time with friends and family.		Glyn Fletcher – Technical Support Engineer Glyn’s previous role was as an IT engineer, which involved assembling customer specified personal computers and pre-installing operating system software. He joined Micross IT in October 2006 as an IT Technician for the Support Services department. Out of work interests include weight training, watching rally racing, motorbikes and family outings with the wife and the little one.

Daryl Owen - Technical Support Engineer		Kim Townley - Marketing Assistant Kim joined the Micross team in 2007 after graduating from university with a Ba (Hons) in Marketing. Her current role covers the marketing, event organising, brand management and profile raising activities for the company. In her spare time away from work she enjoys travelling, socialising and spending time with her family and friends.
